Leave A46 at roundabout junction A3400 signpost to Stratford Upon Avon.
Turn left on to Justins Avenue, immediately opposite Eden Suzuki car dealership, and continue uphill to the end of this road.
167A Clopton Road is on the right at the end of Justins Avenue, at the T-junction with Clopton Road.
Off-road car parking is on the right in front of the white garage door.

How far is the house from town?
The pedestrian area of Henley Street is ¾ mile from the house. A pleasant walk down Clopton Road brings you to the Stratford upon Avon Canal bridge where you can walk along the tow path to the canal basin and waterside area. If you continue to the junction with Birmingham Road, turning left brings you to the Jester statue on Henley Street and the Shakespeare Birthplace.
Do we need a car to get around?
All of the attractions in Stratford town centre are within 1 mile of the house. There is also a retail park with major outlets within walking distance.
The train station is just under 1 mile from the house.
How can I get from the airport to the house?
The nearest airport is Birmingham (BHX) Airport which is 18.2 miles away. You can take a train from Birmingham Airport to Stratford-upon-Avon via Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Moor Street in around 1h 45 mins
Are there any walking routes nearby?
There are several easy walking routes from the house. The Welcombe Hills Nature reserve is great for views over Stratford, and Monarch’s Way provides a 2 1/2mile route to The Farm at Snitterfield. Further afield there are numerous walking routes through the Cotswolds.
Do we need to bring bed linen and towels?
The house has bed linen, towels and tea towels. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and salt is provided.
How far are the nearest supermarkets and food shops?
The Maybird centre retail park with supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, and clothing stores, is half a mile from the house. Clopton Road Post Office, newsagent and store is 200 metres away.
