We really appreciated how spacious the house is & the garden is wonderful. Being able to go on so many walks has been amazing. We can’t not mention Clopton Catch of course! Delicious!

I love the place. The house is spacious, warm and homelike. Surrounding by trees and grassland it provides you a sense of serenity and peacefully. You can walk leisurely to town in 30 minutes. l love it and will surely come again. Fiona, the house owner is friendly and warm. Thanks Fiona. Nice to meet you.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay recently. Fiona was the most gracious and accommodating of hosts. Based on Fiona's recommendation we traversed to 'Apple farm' for a delightful lunch! The journey to the farm takes you across stunning British countryside a strong recommend for all. The property itself is clean and well decorated with it situated in a prime location . With it located just 15 min walk from Stratford town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and when we strongly recommend it for families and friends alike.

Recently stayed at this wonderful house for the weekend and was extremely impressed! The house was very clean, the bedrooms a good size with a lovely living area and spacious modern kitchen. The garden is beautiful with a seating area to relax and a lawn where the children loved to play.The owner Fiona was lovely and very helpful sharing her knowledge of places to visit in the local area. Just a short walk from Stratford Upon Avon, the house is in a great location to stay. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at this location was perfect. It is a short walking distance to the town and even closer to some great walks and green spaces.It’s perfect for those wanting to be close to the action but also close to having a peaceful break away from the crowds on a busy sunny day.There is a local newsagents and fish and chip shop that was delicious.The house itself is large and spacious and easily housed all of us with room. The garden is lovely and spacious and lots of space to relax, exercise, have fun in.The host Fiona is truly amazing. She was helpful with lots of knowledge of the local area and things to do.There are a lot of activities toDo including wine tasting at home and great location for local restaurants. There is parking for 2 cars easily and local Aldi/Tesco for supplies.Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks Fiona for a wonderful stay.

Super clean and every bedroom is a great size - the garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine🍷Also the exact location we wanted - was only a short walk to Shakespeare's birthplace and the RSC and Stratford town centre 👍 would definitely recommend
